Yeah, the feds didn't rule for complainants cuz they didn't want to. Based on threats to hurt your business, which Yelp manifestly carried out, they could have prosecuted them for racketeering. It can't be something you prosecute the mob for when they threaten a neighborhood deli "pay up, or we'll hurt your business" but the exact same threat is fine because it came via a Yelp sales call? It is insane.
